BFIN To Float IPO in Nepal Stock Exchange

Banking and Finance Institute of Nepal Limited has that initial public offerings (IPOs) will be made available to the general public.

According to a statement by the BFIN, it will allocate 55,000 units of share to the public at a price of Rs 100 per unit share.

The IPO’s date, however, has yet to be determined.

The issue manager for the IPO has been appointed NIC Asia Capital Limited.

On behalf of BFIN, Binod Aatreya, Managing Director, and NIC Asia Capital Limited, Executive Officer, signed an agreement to that effect.
