KATHMANDU: The Nepal Stock Exchange (Nepse) fell in the opening hour of trading on Wednesday, the week’s fourth trading day.
Until 12 p.m., the benchmark index dropped 2.38 points to 2815.73.
The greatest transaction, for Rs 383,500,000, took place at Chhimeki Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha.
The share value of 74 of the 203 companies involved in the transaction increased, while the value of 81 decreased. During this time, the stock prices of 22 companies stayed steady.
