The government has made plans to renew all foreign employment firms (manpower companies). The cabinet meeting issued an order to remove the impediment to the use of Article 82 of the Foreign Employment Act, 2064 BS, and made a provision to renew the manpower companyR17;s license. As a result, 731 manpower companies avoided license revocation. There are currently 854 companies in operation, according to the department.
The Department of Foreign Employment has already published a notice for renewal through the regular process, which states that the company must renew by the end of Ashad every year. There is also a provision for Ashwin to renew the license by paying a monthly fee of Rs 10,000.
In order to renew the company, a total of 200 employees must be sent abroad in fiscal years 2076/77 and 2077/78. However, due to the Covid-19 epidemic, 731 companies were unable to do so.
