On Ashoj 5, 2077, Naya Nepal Laghubittan and Sarathi Laghubitta intend to launch an integrated business.
The merger of Sarathi Laghubitta and Naya Nepal Laghubitta will result in the formation of Sarathi Nepal Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited.
A merger proposal in the ratio of 1:1 was approved at a special general meeting of the two companies. The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) lists Naya Nepal Laghubitta, which operates in ten districts, whereas Sarathi Microfinance has yet to issue an initial public offering (IPO).
Following the integration, the company’s headquarters will be in the Kavre district’s Dhulikhel municipality.
On Bhadra 7, 2077, the Nepal Rastra Bank granted the company final approval to conduct integrated business, and the Office of Company Registrar granted final approval on Bhadra 22, 2077.
