The Non-resident Nepalis Association (NRNA78th )’s worldwide coordination council meeting, held on Saturday, decided to organize the 10th NRNA global conference and the 10th General Meeting from October 23 to 25. An organizing team, led by NRNA chair Kumar Pant, has been formed for this purpose.
Similarly, the meeting resolved that the upcoming elections will be held virtually. As a result, no participation fee would be charged to delegates voting in the election, according to NRNA chair Pant.
Candidates will, however, be charged a nomination fee, which will be the same as in 2019. The NRNA election regulation, the NRNA foundation, finance regulations, and other regulations were all revised at the conference.
The NRNA’s budget for the fiscal year 2021/22 was approved at the meeting.
