Nepal Telecom has given many inquiry numbers for people to contact the company directly. These numbers can be obtained free of charge from any Ntc for the convenience of customers.

  • You can get information about wireless services such as GSM, CDMA, and WiMAX by dialing 191. Select 1 for GSM, 2 for CDMA, and 3 for Wimax after dialing 191. You may then inquire about the service or file a complaint.
  • Nepal Telecom has a 197-year-old inquiry operation. You will use it to find the landline phone number of any company or organization. It is Nepal Telecom’s call-based yellow pages service. As discussed here, you can also get the phone numbers of individuals or organizations from their portal.
  • Nepal Telecom dedicates a special number, 198, for fixed-line service, where the picks up a call and you can dial a particular number to get the appropriate service.
