On Sunday, first trading day of the week, the Nepal Stock Exchange (Nepse) gained by 97.21 points.

The index now stands at 2,980.61 points after today’s increase.

Today, a of 28.86 million shares 221 firms were exchanged, resulting in a Rs 11.63 billion turnover.

On the basis of the transaction amount, shares of Manjushree Finance were purchased and at the highest price of Rs. 409,975,140.

Similarly, shares worth Rs. 386.167 million were traded. All sub- in all groupings are positive on this day. The development bank group has seen the most , with a 5.05 percent gain.

Similarly, the banking industry has expanded by 4.71 percent. On Sunday, four companies’ stocks had a positive circuit break.
