The Banking Finance and Insurance Institute of Nepal Limited (BFIN) is preparing to list ordinary shares on the stock exchange (IPO). NIC Asia Capital Limited has been named as the issue manager for the Initial Public Offering (IPO).
The agreement was signed by the companyR17;s Managing Director Dr. Binod Atreya and NIC Asia Capital’s Chief Executive Officer Ramendra Rayamajhi.
The company intends to sell 55,000 shares to the general public for Rs 100 each.
The company must now apply for an initial public offering (IPO) with the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON). The company can only sell its shares to the general public after SEBON has given its approval.
